Kukupaka (Chicken in Coconut)
* 1 whole or cut up chicken
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1/4 tsp garlic (crushed)
* 2 to 3 oz butter
* 4 boiled potaotes
* 4 boiled eggs
* 1/2 can coconut cream
* 1 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup milk
* 3 to 4 green chillies (optional)
* 1/4 tsp turmeric
* 1 small tomato (chopped fine)

In a bowl, combine the following: lemon juice, salt, turmeric and crush
Mix well then marinade the chicken in this sauce for 1 hour in refrigerator.
