Pork Celery

* 2.2 lbs tender Pork meat
* 3.3 lbs Celery
* 2 md well-chopped Onions
* 3 tbsp Butter
* 2 Eggs
* 2 juicy Lemons
* Salt and pepper

For: 4 servings

Boil salty water in a casserole. Put the celery cut in 2 or 3 pieces each and when they are half boiled take them out and strain them. Cut the pork meat in lumps and cook it in a casserole with butter and onion, stirring it continually until it slightly browns.

Cover the meat with water, half boil it and add the celery, salt and pepper and some more water. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and let the meat boil slowly with the lid on until there is only a little broth left.

Whisk the eggs together with lemon juice and add the mixture into the meal.
