Smoked Pork Roll

* 8 thin slices of Smoked Pork Roll
* 1 tsp Butter
* 1 small Onion (minced)
* 3 tbsp Whisky
* 1 tbsp Wooster sauce
* 6.76 oz Milk cream
* some Green pepper
* 1/4 c Rockford Cheese (minced)
* some Rosemary
* Salt and pepper

For: 3 to 4 servings



In a pan, brown the pork fillets in scorching butter, take them out of the pan and in the same butter saute the onion and the pepper.

Add whisky and the wooster sauce and mix well. Add milk cream, Rosemary, Rockford Cheese, a bit of salt and pepper and warm the sauce until it becomes equable.

Finally, put the pork fillets into a plate, pour the sauce over and serve them at once.
